What is Tibet Healing?

The Tibet Healing Energy System is designed to support overall well-being rather than focusing solely on physical health. Its approach encompasses many aspects of life, including abundance, happiness, good fortune, success, personal potential, inner peace, relationships, emotional balance, motivation, and overall vitality.

Rooted in Tibetan traditions, this energy system is intended to promote deep energetic cleansing, spiritual relaxation, and inner balance. It consists of 24 distinct energy frequencies, each associated with a unique purpose and a wide range of specific applications. During a single session, up to 10 frequencies may be activated, depending on the participant’s individual needs.

According to this method, the frequencies work with the body’s subtle energy system, including the chakras, aura, subconscious mind, meridian system, and nervous system, with the intention of clearing energetic blockages and supporting a greater sense of balance, harmony, and well-being.

How is a Tibet Healing Session Performed?

At the beginning of the session, the practitioner invites each participant to briefly share the most significant challenge they are currently experiencing. Based on these responses, the session is structured to focus on addressing each participant’s primary concern. To ensure that everyone receives individual attention and maximum benefit, participation is limited to 12 people.

Before the session begins, each participant is asked to select three frequencies that they feel are most relevant to their current needs from the frequency list provided below. Once the session starts, the practitioner activates the combination of frequencies chosen by the participants. In most sessions, up to 10 different frequencies can be activated simultaneously.

During the session, participants simply stand comfortably with their eyes closed in a relaxed, meditative state. The frequencies used are described as energetic frequencies that already exist within the universe. According to this approach, they can be activated remotely and are intended to work regardless of the participant’s physical location.

The session lasts approximately 45 minutes. At the beginning, the practitioner guides participants through a visualization exercise, inviting them to imagine themselves standing beneath a waterfall while a stream of golden light descends from above, creating a beautiful rainbow overhead. This visualization helps participants relax and become more receptive to the session.

Throughout the session, participants will hear the practitioner’s voice accompanied by gentle, calming music. To facilitate the activation of each selected frequency, the practitioner speaks affirmations related to the specific themes of those frequencies, and participants silently repeat the statements to themselves.

For example, affirmations such as “I am filled with good fortune. My field of luck is being activated,” or “I am filled with abundance. Money flows to me with ease,” are repeated during the session. According to this method, these affirmations support the activation of the selected frequencies, helping to release energetic blockages and strengthen the participant’s alignment with the desired state.

Who am I?

My name is Emre Konuralp. I am 43 years old and currently live in Bali.

For the past 10 years, I have been studying and practicing various energy healing modalities, with a particular focus on Recall Healing and the emotional roots of illness and life conflicts. I hold the title of Progressor (Instructor) within the Cosmic Energy Healing System and am also a certified practitioner of several other energy healing modalities, including Zoroastrian Energy Healing, Chutta Block, Synergy, and 4th Block.

Over the last four years, I have facilitated Tibet Healing sessions for thousands of participants through online programs, healing circles across numerous cities in Turkey, and retreats held at my boutique hotel in Alaçatı. Throughout this journey, I have received remarkable feedback from participants, witnessed profound personal transformations, and had the privilege of supporting individuals as they experienced meaningful positive changes in their lives.

In addition to my work as a healing practitioner, I am a musician, a photography instructor, and hold a degree in Mining Engineering. I have traveled to 33 countries, where I explored diverse healing traditions, consciousness practices, personal transformation methods, and spiritual and physical purification techniques. These experiences have broadened my perspective and enriched my approach to supporting others on their own journeys of growth and self-discovery.
